You will receive one email when your credit card transaction has been approved and another email when your order leaves the warehouse. Your order will be shipped in plain packaging from our Canberra warehouse. The following information appears on the label itself;

Freight is charged at $12 for the first 9 units or less, plus $0.50 for every item over and above 9 units.
Total freight capped at $49 for any one order.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. We usually process orders within 72 business hours. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 72 business hours to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised ETA.

Within Australia, majority of our orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express. Not all orders are shipped by Australia post large orders or heavy orders are sent by toll ipec.

Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered next working day to the following metropolitan areas;

*WA – express post usually takes 2 working days to arrive.

NSW - Sydney & Suburbs, Gosford Region, Newcastle, Tweed Heads, Wollongong Area VIC - Melbourne & Suburbs, Geelong & Suburbs, Latrobe Valley QLD - Brisbane & Suburbs, Gold Coast, Ipswich Areas, Toowoomba Areas, Caboolture Areas, Sunshine Coast Areas, Maryborough/Bundaberg Areas SA - Adelaide TAS - Hobart Area, Launceston WA - Perth CBD All Other Areas - your delivery will arrive 2-3 working days after despatch.
